Artifact Displays

There are eight artifact cases in the Main Hall as well as numerous artifacts throughout the permanent exhibit, “A Reason to Remember” with displays of rare and precious items. They remind visitors of daily life under the Nazi regime. They document what happened to the people who lived there.

Some of these objects are the only legacy left to the surviving family members.  All of these possessions were protected, concealed and often saved under extraordinary circumstances.

When witnesses themselves are no longer here to tell their stories, these treasured artifacts will be all that is left to speak for them. We believe we have an important legacy with the artifacts housed at Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center and that it is a legacy that should be shared with the world.
