Education Services

Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center welcomes visitors and offers many ways groups and individuals can learn about our exhibit and use our resources.

School Tours – teachers are invited to bring their classes to see the exhibit in person.  Pre-visit and post-visit exercises are available.  Students are all given tour guides containing exercises when viewing the exhibit.

Individual Tours – visitors are welcome at any time.   Staff is available to answer questions and give assistance to visitors

Docent-led Tours – available for all classroom visits and for others by appointment

Visits to Schools – the Director as well as Survivors and Liberators can visit classes and talk to the students

Curriculum Consultations – the director meets with teachers for one-on-one consultations to answer questions and help them choose materials from our library for specific lesson plans

On-Line Exhibit Tour – a small sampling of our permanent exhibit can be seen on our website.  It is only a portion of what can be seen in person  at the Center.
