Springfield Police Department

The mission of the Police department is not only to provide for public safety but also to improve the quality of life for the people in Springfield by protecting, serving and working with the public to develop philosophies which promote equity and establish partnerships between citizens and the police.

The Director of Hatikvah has worked with the Police Department and done one-on-one counseling for Hate Crimes victims and offenders.  Beginning in 2007, Hatikvah will offer Continuing Education classes for police officers in conjunction with the ADL curriculum.
