Lunch and Learning for Lawyers
September 7 – October 26, 2006

Since 2000, the Alliance for Jewish Education has sponsored a lunch-and-learning program for lawyers in downtown Springfield.  This year, Rabbi Robert Sternberg, the Executive director of Hatikvah Holocaust Education Center, taught “Literature of the Holocaust”.  Materials included primary source works written during the Holocaust, excerpts from diaries, memoirs and poetry as well as short stories and poetry written after the Holocaust.

The program was co-sponsored by Hatikvah and the Alliance for Jewish Education, under the auspices of the Springfield Jewish Community Center.
